Omar has spent the majority of his life in North Jersey, where he resides with his wife, Crissia, and their children. Since the late 2000s, Omar and his family have been deeply involved in full-time ministry, serving as missionaries overseas, planting churches in both North and South Jersey, and worship Pastor. Ordained in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC), Omar also maintains a connection with Confluence, a network of non-denominational churches committed to disciple-making across all areas of life. He has a passion to live as a disciple-making pastor and to see others thrive in their discipleship relationship with Jesus. In his spare time, Omar runs, reads, and cheers on his family in every day life. He currently serves as board member of Gateway Pregnancy Center and serves as Church Health Coordinator for the Northeast with the EPC.
Omar holds a Business degree, Master of Divinity from Westminster Theological Seminary and is finishing Doctorate work at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (TEDS) .
